REQUEST SERVICECleaning, Inspection and Dynamic Motor Testing
After receiving your Industrial AC or DC Motor it will be torn down, cleaned and put through intensive dynamic testing to determine the faults. This information is then sent over along with a quote and an estimate on the time it will take to refurbish the Industrial AC or DC Motor. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced. All Industrial AC or DC motors are rebuilt with new hardware, seals and gaskets. Our process ensures each part is installed correctly and each motor is fully sealed.
We Specialize in Rewinding, ReVarnishing, and Re-Baking of the Internal Components of your Industrial AC or DC Motor, whether it is Single, Dual or 3 Phase Industrial Motors. Also having the capability of repairing any bearing wearing areas and repairing of all types of Armatures to the original manufacturer specifications

The Fully Repaired and Remanufactured Industrial AC or DC Motor will be put through final testing which includes running your motor on a closed loop through a factory drive at the designated power/voltage/speed that is required by OEM Specs.
